B - Protein Chai Latte (10g)

S - Greek Yogurt and Almonds (15g)

L - Chili and cheese stick (15g)

S - Beef Jerky (8g)

D - Morningstar Farm Black Bean Burger w/cheese and sour cream (15g)

44 oz water so far

 

I feel like I'm eating way more than I should be able to.  It's getting easier to eat and a few bites doesn't stuff me anymore.  I suppose that's normal, but yet scary!!!

It is scary. Just keep doing what you're doing. Little controlled protein meals and snacks is the way to go.
