Going to doc again today to discuss the hernia and back to work issues. While I'm there gonna get his vitamin schedule again to double check what I'm supposed to be taking. I know many vets here have their own recommendations and "vita lady" etc but I want to restart from the beginning and make sure I'm at least getting what he recommends. Too lazy right now to scour through posts and Vitalady site to research right now. Lol it will change and I can ramp up.

E: 20 min walk @ lunch & 30 mins wimpy attempt Sean T Insanity - I hope to improve on today's 'effort'.  I gotta get back in the game and tone my saggy butt (which gets sore now if I sit for too long - who'da thought it??).

L - butter lettuce, diced cucumber and avocado with chicken thigh
S - yogurt, blueberries
D - hamburger with cauliflower mash
S - popcorn and slices of cheese

Weightloss Mode: Down 141 pounds in 7 months. I now weigh less than my  husband.

B: Protein coffee

S: Tuna fish with an egg

L: Salmon patties, 1/4 c. spinach, 1/2 cup fried potatoes (I used crushed hot pork rinds to roll my patties in and they were fabulous)

D: Chicken breast with homemade marinara sauce and cheese melted on top

S: Yogurt yummieness

Vites: All but bed time in

Fluids: 70+ oz

Protein: 141

Carbs: 33
