High thiamine plasma range - 6 mos blood work

Hi,

I had DS surgery six months ago and just got my 6-month labs back. Has anyone else using the Vitaladay regimen had high thiamine plasma levels?

The normal range is 8.1 - 32.9 nMol/L, and my results were 78.8. Any ideas on what that might indicate? I am seeing my family doctor for a follow up in February so I will ask him then, but in the meantime, I'd like to know if there's something I should be doing differently.

Thanks!

You could stop your B-Complex and let your doc know you've stopped it when you see him in Feb. My B vitamins run high too and I've cut the B-complex out and they are still high. (B1 and thiamine are the same thing for folks reading that might not know).
