Multi Vitamins

I have been into Vitamins many years before having my DS 5.5 months ago.  I realize that for us as a DSr, a lot is thrown out to the wind because we are changed.

Here is my question:  I did not do Multi's and haven't in many years.  I did individual supplemenation w/Multi's of B's.  My labs before surgery were always great.  I took several classes on Vitamins (at the Vitamin store in the city I used to live in).  I understand the importance of proper combining.

I really don't like commercial vitamins such as Centrum.  I have been taking the Centrum CVS generic chewable since surgery.  At the end of this month - I will be out, I want to switch to something different.

What multi vitamins have you had good luck with?

BTW, I do not have a Sams or Costco membership

I use a multi i bought at Amazon.  Vitalady has a multi in a capsule that I have in stock when the Amazon runs out.  I am trying to get everything in caps if I can to avoid then taste.

Multies are just a base to cover you. They are nothing really special about any of them, IMO. I do like to give myself the best chance to absorb, so I take Vitalady's capsule multie, Vita-Min, but there are other capsule multies on the market. I got one the other week from Whole Foods for my hubby.
