Bites -
Fried whole milk cheese
10 pc bacon
several bowls ham, green beans
1 cup cottage cheese with peaches
3 bowls homemade beef vegetable soup
2 pc cornbread with lots of butter
1 cup egg salad
Chocolate bar with almonds
Greek yogurt with 4T toasted hemp seed
Vites - Y
Cites - dog walk
I know you all know I am struggling. I now have a brand new laptop which gave me fits to get going and I still can't use my email. I'll figure it out eventually.
I got tons of water in today and all my vites. I can only remember eating an Atikins bar and some ThankGodForPaulaDean Peanut Butter cookies. Oh and since I hit my goal weight today I bought a Godiva dark chocolate bar with 25 carbs.
Maybe tomorrow I will feel like eating.
I am just in a really horrible place and not eating is nothing compared to the rest. I see my doc tomorrow.

Hitting goal weight is a cause for celebration and it deserves recognition, so good for you. But hope things straighten out for you soon.
