morning batch: done
calcium batches: done

iron: done     
evening batch: starting in a few    

EXERCITES:
walking

I had a pretty good week last week, +120g most days.  Today I started out strong but lost it when I got back home! :-(

I did thanks it was very relaxing and nice to catch up with family.  We're expecting snow here tomorrow though! :-(

Cites - shopping and a stroll thru the mall

I had homemade buttery popcorn last night and had no problems with gas or anything! Yay!

Spam!!!  Been watching everyone's list of "Bites" and dreaming of real food (one week of pureed to go).  Can't wait to each some Spam again.

first i want to congratulate you on your decision to a new happy and healthier you!!!  way to go with the ds!!! 

spam.............yup, it is quick, fast, and goes down sooo easy.  never gave me a problem.  at one point, i was spammed-out, since i ate so much of it.

hang in there with the pureed stage. at my soft food stage,  i remember eating scrambled eggs cooked in butter and thinking, this has to be the very best thing i have ever eaten.  it was sheer heaven.
