what a wild saturday.  was told i had tiny little hands. who? what? me?  you obiously are mistaken.  got my had stuck trying to fish out hubs credit card that fell between the car seats.  he had to  pulled over.  took us 10 mins to pry my hand loose. then, we notice a sign advertising  50% sale on all pet caskets and urns. omg.  creepy.  we tore out of that parking lot.  lol 

double protein coffee

2 soft boiled eggs w/diced ham

1 slice rye toast w/lots of butter

7 slices turkey bacon

chunks of leftover roast beef

almonds

ruby tuesdays for early dinner:

buffalo chicken sliders -sans bun

protein packed trip to the salad bar - spinach, peas, carrots, sunflower seeds, cheese, ham, bacon, egg, mushrooms, olives, blue cheese dressing few croutons

few fries

sm slice shoo fly pie

double protein coffee

walnuts

vites:  all in

fluids:  80+ oz

Great day with GF and dogs in GG park and also hit a farmers market.

Bites:
4 eggs with cheese
2 fat sausages
1/4 cup toasted hemp seed
ground steak
1 cup cottage cheese
several bowls of ham and green beans and potatoes
SF choc pudding (cream/water)
