Mostly cause when I walk more I actually eat less so instead of cramming it in I'll just do a day of protein shakes then a day of Protein. Plus it might help me deal with my aversion to food if I don't have to deal with food every day. Going to also try to reduce my carbs to as near to zero as I can get on the protein shake days. So no more Almond milk when it's gone only heavy cream plus water. I figure that should help me lose more also.
I hope this works for you. We seem to go through phases about how we feel and deal with food. Hang in there.

I bet you posted this early because you are going to be out of pocket today. I wish that weren't true but I hope you have a great day. I posted about not being able to eat. I think I actually get anorexic when I get emotionally in trouble. What a sorry state of affairs. I know I need the protein. I just can't do it.

I'm sorry, Becky. Please try some of things I suggested in your other post...herbal tea, milk, etc. Work your way back to protein through the liquids, soft food and more dense food stages. Take it slow and don't feel like you're forced, you're not, all in good time.

Weightloss Mode:
I am hanging in their. My husband and I have decided on a 6-12 month separation before filing for divorce.
I had a big tummy day yesterday. I got in at least 175 grams of protein. Today is a tiny tummy day. Just haven't been able to hold much and not really wanting to eat. So I am shooting for 100-115 grams of protein.
B: 2 scrambled eggs with 1/2&1/2 and cheese
S: Protein Coffee
L: 1 chicken strip from Chik-fil-a
S: Protein Coffee
D: chicken fajita meat with cheese and sour cream
If I get in that last Protein Coffee I will be at 128 grams of protein, but right now not sure it will happen.
Fluids: 80 oz already
Vites: 2 batches left
I bought something out of the misses section at Wal-mart today. Yay, it felt sooo good.
Sounds like you have some sort of plan to go by and that's good. I hope things go well and you can figure things that's going to be good for you and your family in the long run.
