This is my regimen tweaked from Vitalady, everybody is different and a good place to start is Vitalady like Liz said. I am taking some of my vits separated from Calcium because I am trying to get them higher or they just don't get a long with calcium. Good luck:)

I my DS
My D is with Calcium because I am having no problem with my numbers in D. My K is having trouble coming up, so I am separating it. So it has less to struggle against.
I am more worried about my K than my D and calcium which are sitting great. So I am trying to give it a bit of a go and see if it comes up. Then when it is steady I will start adding more of my vits back together. This has worked wonders with my A levels, the minute I started separating it from my calcium and as many other vits as possible it started to finally come up. Hopefully this will do the trick. I just started adding K2 to my regimen and it is with my calcium:) in the evening except for one small dose that I take at a different time.
