Live in Southern Maine.. DS Surgeon Recommendations??

I am gathering some info between Bypass and DS surgery, With that said, Does anyone have any recommendations of Surgeons close by within reason?  As of now I would just pick a surgeon out of a list but don't really want to do that.. I would like someone top notch...

After the surgery, There will be followups...

Go to dsfacts.com and look at that list of surgeons.  They are on that list because they are the cream of the crop.  If it's far from home, your surgeon can coordinate follow up visits with your PCP, so don't be concerned about that.

From Maine, the closest would be Dr. Roslin in NYC, and yes, he is top notch. He is also accustomed to working with people who travel from afar, so that shouldn't be a problem.
