Me too! I loved walking outside next to the lake and watch the changing of the season my first 5 years. We moved office buildings now the route is a little longer but no lake. : (

You did really well and I love making pot roasts in the crock pot. I use it to make stew meat really tender for various dishes too.

Fell off the carb wagon. Missed breakfast and it went down hill fast. Tomorrow is another day.
Bites:
1/4 cup toasted hemp seeds
tuna salad
2 hard boiled eggs
small side salad
bunch of grapes
2 oatmeal cookies
chicken breast in Fettuccine Alfredo - ate about 2/3 of the pasta
smal pc german chocolate cake
Vites: yes but missed 1 Ca
Cites: short morning dog walk
Didn't get in enough protein and had too many carbs. Had some right side gas pain at bed time but it didn't last long. Will do better on Saturday.
