My SV is weight reduction (noticed by others), My NSV is walking 1 mile nonstop (ok at a slow pace) twice a day with no shortness of breath or pain. That plus all my clothes fallin' off.

Ok last one, my ewww was goo-goo over me the last time I picked up my daughter.

EWWW: ex wicked witch of a wife. So there's a new acronym.
