CItes: Going to Bariatric Center and just walk around in a circle (on the track) lol. Walked 2 miles. A mile at a time nonstop.
Late start to schedule today, 5 mos check up this morning and slept in so... "I'm late, I'm late, I'm late!"
I think I'm getting too many carbs so I'm gonna omit the unsweetened almond milk and just use water and half/ half or heavy cream for two of the shakes since I'm doing 3 per day. Once I've used up my supply of almond milk I will just leave it out all together... Finally starting vites too and more cites so we have lift off
Yeah for Vites!!! The 1/2 & 1/2 or cream and water sound like a good plan.

quick trip to the dentist, right? just need a touch up on an old filling right? wrong, ended up getting a root canal and $500 lighter in my pocket. geez.

Cites: none. Which means none OTHER r than walking dogs - - keeps forget about counting the dog walks.
Walking the dogs definitely counts. When I walk the youngest dog, I get an upper and lower body workout.
