Weight Loss Mode
B - Protein Coffee (23g)
S - Peanut butter with baby food bananas mixed in (9g)
L - Jack Links Tender Jerky and Almonds (15g)
D - Almost 1/2 biscuit with homemade turkey sausage gravy (11g)
36 oz liquids so far - so I have quite a bit more to try to get in before bed
Not a bad day - but why do I feel so guilty if I partake of carbs? I know I need to start incorporating varied foods - fruits and vegetables (after the protein of course) so I can get some vitamin benefits. Carbs just seem to be not of much value - but I think we still have to have some, right?
I think if you're on a big vitamin program you don't have to worry too much about veggies and fruits, and definitely not worry about grains. If after you get your weight loss going happily along and you want to add some green veggies, that's fine but you might not want to add fruit just yet, and when you do, check the carbs in the fruits you choose. Grains, could go on the never-again list, they really add very little, if any, nutritional value for those of us who are already taking our vitamins, and grains do cause gas and bubble gut to many DSrs.

It's supposed to be really warm and I so want to get outside and walk. Another 2 days, potentially, in the board room. {sigh}
Sounds like you're having a great week. Keep up the good work!
