Very nice Bites. Soon you can start a little CarbSmart ice cream. Make sure you're over any lactose intolerance first.

How do scallops taste? Very seafoody/ fishy? Been wanting to try them.

I think all seafood smells very fishy but scallops are my very favorite. This is scallop season here in Maine and there is nothing like fresh ones!  Do you like any seafood?
