I've had a strange day today. I had a shake for breakfast and walked 2 miles then I had a shake for lunch and that's been all. I am absolutely stuffed too just thinking about food or even another shake is nauseating. I wish I could get another one in as this throws my numbers off but I just know I can't. I truly don't understand this. More exertion should bring more hunger but it hasn't, it's brought less.

I have the same problem.  When I get home in the morning after work I have an stationary recumbent bike I ride for about 11 miles (or until I hit 400 calories), and then I eat "dinner".  It's usually been a few hours since I ate, so I should be starving, but I get a little into it, and the next thing you know I'm handing it off to my husband because if I eat any more I'll throw up.  I make sure to take the time to chew properly and everything, I just can't eat after working out.  I think it may have something to do with how much I'm drinking while riding, but I try to let that pass a little bit before I eat, too.  Who knows?  Maybe it's just happier with exercise?

As you're finding now, sometimes you gotta eat just because you gotta eat...not necessarily because you want to or feel the least bit like it.  That's how people get malnourished.
