"The Butcher's Bill" originates from the British military, which after a battle would evaluate the success of their campaign. First, they would see if they had met their overall strategic objective. Then, they would review their tactics; most notably they would look at the numbers killed and wounded. They referred to this as; "The Butcher's Bill"
Today's numbers:;
1294 calories
154g protein
36g carbs
60g fat
2 liters of water
2 mi walk

Gonna reduce the carbs Friday but today was a good day. Now to make more days like today and better in the future.
Forgot to ask: "What's your Butchers Bill for today?"

Interesting quote.  Excellent stats - but those carbs are pretty low already...

Your carbs look just fine. Any lower and you might feel crummy, less energy/lethargic. At your point out I was upping my carbs from around 30 to 50 because I was becoming more active with my smaller body and needed the 'go to' energy. Also sometimes upping your carbs helps with the weight loss. Lower carbs like that doesn't equal a quicker loss. This is what I have learned on my journey.
