Update & advice?
You really need to put your health and your body first! I know you are super busy and becoming a nurse but if you can't juggle yourself I guarantee your life will fall apart. I would go back to basics and if your are still have tummy problems after a 2/weeks to a month, then you need to see a doctor. Not all carbs are bad and you shouldn't be afraid of them (tummy wise). I just hope you keep that protein up and your vitamins up. Also try different proteins like above stated:) Take care of yourself :)
