D - going out to eat before support group (chocolate martini, 1/2 a bunless cheese burger and a few fries)

M1: protein coffee
M2: protein- broiled flounder, wee bit of Caesar salad and 2 small cheddar bay biscuits.  Also had chicken tawook, so more protein.
M3: protein shake

B: eggs, chorizo and cheese

S: Protein Coffee

L: ham and pepper jack cheese

 

89 grams of protein & 56 oz of water so far. Struggling today with emotions, they are a big huge roller coaster.

So I'm going to try posting my stuff and see how ya'll think I'm doing.  I'm 60 days out...

Bites:

B - Protein Chai Tea (21g)

S - cheese and krab egg bites (9g)

L - Clif Bar (11g)

S - Almonds (6g)

Protein Chai Iced Tea (11g)

Not sure about dinner yet

Water:  56 oz so far

 

Vites:

Only taking VitD, Calcium and Multi-vit until 3 month visit

Morning done
