Supper was shrimp, cheese sauce and about 1oz of tortilla chips. That brings me up to 135 grams of protein and only 31 grams of carbs. I finished off a total of 96 oz of water today. All my vites except my bed time dose are in. Thanks for the support.

Another good day.  Hope you had a good day as well.

Bites:

2 egg sandwiches with mayo on Mr Hemp cheddar bread
10 pcs bacon
gumbo with chicken, sausage and shrimp
1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 pear
Chia seeds in 1/4 cup high pulp OJ
ham and cheese roll-ups
SF chocolate pudding   made with cream and water.
 

Vites: yes
Cites: no today

Sounds great. Love the variety and the folks struggling to get some variety can learn from your Bites.
