Now that's an idea! I was also thinking of getting some different types - like some pills and some bariatric chewies as well as my upcal... And mix it up a little.

50 gram protein coffee shake with heavy cream (usually 1/2 cup)

1 thin slice of toasted bread and butter -- last of that loaf. :)

2 beef short ribs, oh the yummy meat

morning and lunch vitamins in

 

Now let's keep the rest of today going smoothly!

Well, finally made the decision and am scheduled for my breast lift on the 21st.
I'm too old, but oh we'll. I'm doing it for me

I'm sure it's a good decision and you're not too old. You're so active and I'm sure you'll feel and look better.

Oh, I meant to tell...I found out my sister-in-law is a high risk OB nurse too. She loves her work.

B - PROTEIN SHAKE (45g)

S - yogurt

L - Turkey Chili

S - Protein Shake (23g)

D - 2- Butter Ball turkey slices with cream cheese spread and a few banana peppers (Yummy)

S - String cheese

Exercise: Walking 45 min.

hectic week.  training a new manager at another location.  meetings at our corporate offices.  more training.  friday should be my long distance travel day.  whew...3 yrs ago, i wouldn't have been able to keep up this type of schedule.

1/2 ham sandwich w/mayo, pickles, swiss cheese

mini carrots

popcorn chips

meatloaf

peas

few oven fries

2 caramels

double protein coffee

vites:  all in - including 2 extra calcium

fluids:  80+ oz
