S - peanuts
D - pot roast w/veggies
S - CarbSmart ice cream


VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done  
omega 3: done  
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
None, unless you count getting you brain picked all day in the board room.

D - turkey taco -no shell..  just ground turkey meat, sour cream, cheese... (30g)

Weightloss Mode

B: 2 fried eggs, 8 pieces of bacon

S: Protein coffee

I will be checking in at least 3 times today to keep myself on track. 64 grams of protein so far today and 32 oz of water so far. Spoke with a lawyer briefly today and will meet with my husband and pastor to discuss the kids and finances this afternoon. Thank you all for your support through this difficult time. The kids and I are safe. Please pray for a job for me.

I just had salmon patties for another 46 grams of protein which brings me to 111 grams for the day and drank another 32 oz of water, so 64 oz of fluids so far.

B - protein coffee and Fage 2% with a tsp of chia seeds

S - cheese

L - egg salad and sliced cucumber

homemade cheese crisps and coconut flour peanut butter cookies
D -
steak and cauliflower mash


Vites: on track but still struggling with calcium

Cites: went potty every hour last night so too "pooped" to do anything today.
