BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - protein coffee (30g), bacon, egg and grits
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - pistachios

L - protein shake (30g)
S - 2 1/2 oz of leftover meatloaf
D - beefy veggie soup but don't want it  :(  Nope, couldn't do it. No dinner.
S - CarbSmart ice cream

omega 3: done 
iron:done
evening batch: starting soon

M2: protein-halal bacon (6 rashers) + 1 container Yoplait Lite yogurt



M3: protein shake 48g



M4: protein- halal bacon (4 rashers) + 1 container Yoplait Lite yogurt



M5: protein shake 48g

Gonna add some chicken for dinner I think also.

The past few days, I'm having to really force food in.  I don't want it.  I know that I need it and I can't just live off the protein shakes!  wink

2nd B - 2 scrambled eggs, 9 pieces of bacon
S - Pecans
L - 3 sips of Homemade Chicken Soup and a few bites of chicken

S - Protein Shake
S - Pecans
D - TBD
S - Brie

I think we go through phases where food is just too much trouble. This too shall pass.  ; )

I dont  know when your surgery was AC but I have a really hard time eating and drinking. My day goes something like this.

B Protein Shake

L Protein Bar (sometimes only a half)

S Protein Shake

and in between I shoot for water.  In place of protein bar I may have about 3 oz of Greek yogurt with raspberries. I know I'm not getting enough Protein in  or water it seems my stomach is always bubbling over. I just keep at it and know it will get better!

Hey... I am 5mo out of of January 1,  I haven't been like this in a couple of months.  I find it really odd!  I know it will pass.

maybe - the other chimichanga as a snack b/4 bedtime

vites:  trying to remember 2 more calciums each day.  keep forgetting

fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

When you get pressed for calcium batches try 900mg instead of 600mg. Not all the time if you can swing it, but when you run into trouble.
