The past few days, I'm having to really force food in. I don't want it. I know that I need it and I can't just live off the protein shakes!

L - 3 sips of Homemade Chicken Soup and a few bites of chicken

I think we go through phases where food is just too much trouble. This too shall pass. ; )

I dont know when your surgery was AC but I have a really hard time eating and drinking. My day goes something like this.
B Protein Shake
L Protein Bar (sometimes only a half)
S Protein Shake
and in between I shoot for water. In place of protein bar I may have about 3 oz of Greek yogurt with raspberries. I know I'm not getting enough Protein in or water it seems my stomach is always bubbling over. I just keep at it and know it will get better!

vites: trying to remember 2 more calciums each day. keep forgetting

When you get pressed for calcium batches try 900mg instead of 600mg. Not all the time if you can swing it, but when you run into trouble.

L - sliced cheese and salami and handful of almonds
