I dont know what exactly is working for me , i seem to be losing inchs and not pounds so i assume its the walking. Not real certain about what i am suppose to eat so i have been trying different things. Smell seems to dictate a lot of my eating. If i cant stand the smell then it will not go down. Any suggestions?

First, I love that you're drinking protein shakes to the tune of about 90 grams + a day. You really don't have to go low fat though. I know the NUTS and dietitians think we should, but it's not the case. Most of us do well doing something like Atkins or South Beach. Try not counting fat or calories. Try keeping your net carbs around 50 - 70 grams and your protein up and over 120 grams a day. Keep after the fluids and vitamins. Post every day on Bites & Vites. ; )

Breakfast - cheese toast, then a protein drink cuz I couldn't find anything else good
Lunch - Bacon and fried taters, with a few pieces of candy (yeah, I know)
Afternoon - I'm grazing while I work at my BBQ restaurant. So far, I've had a corn muffin, mac & cheese mixed with green beans and a chicken thigh. I still have a couple of hours to go and haven't had any corned beef yet.
Dinner - I think hubby's making enchiladas.
