Your bites sound really good
Weight loss , diets exercise etc are everywhere and I find myself falling into the trap. Maybe if it tried...... I could lose a few pounds. I even looked at Weigh****chers but I know it's not enough protein and way too many carbs.

L: summer sausage, jalapeño jely and cream cheese with crackers

No extra bites or any chocolate so far today!!
V: one batch eft ...out of calcium and waiting impatiently for my vitalady order

I hear you. I find myself thinking about opening my South Beach diet book. Haven't done it yet because I know what I need to do, just need to do it.

didn't get labs done until very late this morning, so my day has been upside down.
noon - soft boiled egg w/ ham cubes
5 slices turkey bacon
1 dinner roll w/butter
almonds
double protein coffee
grilled chicken breast
few green beans w/almonds
few bites of rice
slice of pound cake
double protein coffee
vites: off by 1 batch
fluids: 90+ oz
You still did well but it does throw us off. I'm the same way.

combined 2 McD's new grilled onion cheese burger ($1 each), tossed 3 pcs of bun
half a doz french fries
jumbo beef and cheddar brat from 7-eleven
orange (7-eleven)
bag of salted caramel baked corn (7-eleven)
small salad with ham and cheese and lots of veggies, hemp seeds
3 pcs brok's pizza
SF Choc pudding made with cream and water
Vites: yes
Cites: none
Road trip to visit family . Carb monster attacked when stopped for gas at 7-eleven.
