evening batch: starting

laundry and grocery shopping

Even though my switch is only one month out my sleeve is two years old. I think this is why it's easier for me to eat then it was when I was first sleeved. Believe me - I've wondered if I am eating to much! I'm putting my faith in the malabsorption and sticking with protein first and then veggies. Carbs I'm still a wee bit afraid to add in. Why don't you post what yer eating? Major mom is great at giving feedback!

Thank you for the advice. I had a few problems after my surgery so i just started eating real food (lol) about a week ago. I am kinda afraid of eating quote unquote real food

Don't worry, you're drinking protein shakes.  I think "real" food is overrated in our case.  Go with the most bio available source of protein, which is whey protein isolate. You'll be able to add real food as you can. No pressure at all.
