I am out of town just for 2 days, it's been a bit hard getting in my protein as to we are really busy. My water is also a bit difficult. It's adjusting. Was worried about needing to go to the bathroom on the plane but didn't.
Here it goes for today:

B - 1 egg w/cheese, 3 pieces of bacon & a piece of Gluten Free Bakehouse Bread (My friends has this - LOVE IT!)
S - 1 protein shake
S - Pecans
L - TBD

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: all done but one
omega 3: done
iron: NA
evening batch:
EXERCITES:
walking up and down stairs (yesterday 7 times)... Awakened my glutes

B2 - Fage 2% yogurt with a tsp of sugarfree cheesecake pudding mix
S - pork rinds (empty crunchy goodness)
L - coffee, smoked trout, cheese and sliced cucumber
S - handful o' almonds a bit of turkey jerky
D - grilled turkey, bacon, avocado and cheese roll up
Gee! I ate a whole lot today! Big tummy day I guess.

i survived working in the candy office today. i do love my chocolate, i eat it everyday, but i wasn't going to over indulge. yay me!!!
