M3: Protein Shake

M4: don't know

M5: Protein Shake

Water is off for the day due to repair issues so truly don't know what /where/ when I'm gonna cook.

Water back on, had a chicken shawarma sandwich for lunch and made another Brok's to give a second chance. Made the second Brok's. It was much better then the first yesterday but still not to my liking. To much cheese. Like a big cheese crisp. Lol, may try one more but further in the future. With a wok/slow cooker/ deep fryer and some simple prep's it's easy to eat hi-pro/lo-carb with plenty of variety. I may try Kent Alteen's pizza recipes in the future but I'm not in any rush. Simple meats and veg. Easy to prepare 30 minutes or less fridge to table.

It's going to take some time to find your new normal. Keep at it.

I don't understand it either, your Bites are awesome. Are your clothes getting any looser? I hope this slow down breaks in the next day or so. Stay of the scale next week and let's see how it looks next Friday.

clothes seem a lil looser..  nothing falling off yet obviously..   but they do seem a lil looser..  but not since the stall..   i don't think im loosing inches or pounds..    hopefully it will give in soon..   and i see some progress...   i just hate feeling like a failure...

i will stay off the scale until the 23rd and just focus on doing what i need to do and see what happens by then!

thanks Gina!

Lucy, what are "light" cheese sticks?  Are they low fat?  Remember that fat is a DSer's friend.  You might try increasing your fat intake - add a lot of butter or dip you cheese in real full fat mayo or real full fat sour cream.  Just a thought.

Huneypie,

Have a great time in Spain.  I was on an hour flight yesterday.  It went ok.  I fly back tonight.  It's been an adjustment carrying my packets of protein to make.  It's ok.  While you are in Spain, I start my road trip.  Looking forward to it!

Have fun!
