***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

2013 seems OK so far.  Hope it is treating all of you well.

Bites:
4 eggs with cheese
10 slices thick crisp bacon (this recent bacon fixation might break the bank)
Hot ham sandwich on Mr Hemp Cheese bread
Chia seed in SF hot chocolate made with cream and water
browned ground beef with chopped onions, relish, mustard and dill pickles
2 big bowls of chicken, sausage, shrimp gumbo-like soup
2 slices toasted  Mr Hemp Cheese bread
SF chocolate cook and serve pudding made with cream and water

Vites: yes
Cites: no

GF promised to make Brock's Pizza again soon.
