Cites: walk or elliptical

Vites: yep! Calcium is biggest challenge tho...

I have to take a lot of calcium. I've been told if you only space them an hour apart, that's ok, and if you have to take 900 mg in one batch every now and then, that's ok too. It helps not waiting 2 hours and increasing the dose sometimes.

I try to take 6-8 doses of Calcium a day.  I set a kitchen timer for 99 minutes (as high as it will go) and most days I at least get 6 doses.  I carry little tupperwares with Calcium, Mag Citrate, POtassium and Vit D where ever I go.

Doable...you just have to figure out what works for you.

Ugh... yesterday's carbs were too much so I'm cutting back today.  I had some liquorice (not much) but it clearly was too much for me and I paid the price by having to get up repeatedly last night :-(  I didn't gain anything from yesterday's shenanigans, but after the night I had I shouldn't think so.

Oh well and so came to pass my first sugar related issue - I've already done excess fat.  The limits are fairly loose though so I think I can live with this - not much I can do if not, he he!!  I guess we have to find our boundaries kiss

It's crazy what sets some of us off and doesn't bother others. Sugar messes me up too.

busy hectic day.  tomorrow i have been summoned to work at the dreadful "candy" office.  already packed my baggies of nuts, deli meats etc.  i can only imagine the sugar hanging around from the holidays. wish me luck.
