results of dexa scan came back. must not be good since 2 of my docs called & want to discuss. guess it's time to up the calcium. do you just add another pill or space them out in between your scheduled batches? been fortunate for 3 years and had great labs. time for the adjustment and tweaking.

7 slices turkey bacon
walnuts
big mac - only ate bottom of bun
few fries

mushroom pizza - scraped 2 slices ontop of 3rd slice
vites: missed bedtime batch & last protein coffee of the day .............grrrrrr
fluids: 70+ oz

I take calcium at the tail end of my morning and evening big batches, and I take 4 more calcium batches throughout the morning and early afternoon. If you can give each of those about an hour to and hour and a half, that should be enough time. I also take boron and a mag citrate capsule with each 600mg calcium dose.
