***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hope you had an uneventful trip home. Back to work and reality,.,..and a routine...tomorrow.
B: bacon, 2 protein coffees, grapefruit

S: trail mix
D: few bites sausage and fried potatoes.....
(too dry so stopped eating)
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: took down Christmas things,finished the patio floor with DH
Weightloss mode (tiny tummy day)
B: eggs and bacon
S: tuna and egg with miracle whip & pickled okra
L: very little bit of corned beef. Loved this before surgery not so much anymore, 1/4 cup of stir fried cabbage
D: sweet potato casserole, 4 T of peanut butter
S: need to get some more protein in
Fluids: 64 so far working on another 32
Vites: all but bed time
Exercites: none, it all begins tomorrow

Now must go sort vites...my least favorite job
Then will have a diet hot chocolate made with water (out of cream)
The pants size is not changing. I have less than one month. Going to the Y for a week free membership and am going to get my money's worth haha.

Vites: yep! First day and the iron made a bit nauseous and I haven't been able to fit in all the calcium... But I'm trying!
Cites: long walk along Chrissy Fields with my DH... Lovely first day of this new year!
