I do miss my lunchtime protein shakes. Can't wait to get home and back in my comfort zone. We heard my brother's party shooting firecrackers last night. Sounded like some big ones. He put on a nice party where I had some yummy Roquefort cheese and crackers for dinner. One of the ladies brought some tofu squares spiced in garlic and other Greek spices. That was yummy too.

Weightloss Mode

Finally broke my 2 weeks stall.

B: Eggs with chorizo and cheese

S: Pork Rhinds

L: an entire Black and Bleu Salad from O'Charley's, what the heck, it must have been a big tummy day. I did not however give into the temptation of the rolls not even a bite.

S: stir fry steak with a few veggies, sugar free vanilla breve latte

D: New years eve Party, small pork chop, 4 hot wings, 10 tortilla chips with nacho cheese dip, 2 inch square of oohy goohy butter cake bars.

Vites: All in but bed time (afraid I may hurl this last set back up, I am so full of water and the last set of food that was almost 3 hours ago.)

Fluids: 96 oz

Protein: 134

Exercites: None

I know how you feel and did get sick on a dinner of nothing but ham the first night we were here. I'm not sure if my vitamins were safe or not. Anyway, it happens, even to folks a few years out.
