Jensch you're doing great.  How have you lost 76lb already - are you a 2 parter?   You're less than a month out from surgery.

I'm a 2 stager. I had the sleeve in 2010. I need to update my weight loss... I've lost 15 pounds since my DS - so I'm a slow loser! I'm trying not to weigh except on Fridays.

I think I'm going to try the cream cheese pancakes that you write about. They look so yummy!

Yes they're nice and easy to make once you get in the swing of it.  I use a small single egg frying pan and then tap the pancake into a larger pan once the first side's cooked (took me a while to figure the easy way to do it as they just don't flip well).  The recipe's here http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2012/01/cream-cheese-pancake s.html for anyone that's not already seen it.

I'm not entirely convinced eating dense food keeps us nutritionally sound. That might be why you're still hungry. (Just guessing and thinking out loud while I type)  I'm thinking more cream cheesy things, more eggs, yogurt, ...that kind of thing if you can't do protein shakes.

You may be on to something. The creamcheese pancakes do fill me for a while (I use 3 eggs and 3oz creamcheese). I'll have do some thinking along those lines. Thanks

I hope you were able to educate him a bit. Sounds like you had a great consult.  I'm proud of you. You have had a rough go of it and you still have kept your labs in good shape.
