Vitacost Bone Booster Complex

I have heard many taking this and I have heard great things!

My calcium (9.2) and PTH (33) are sitting good and I am taking 1800 of calcium citrate from vitalady but I want to add in just a little more. I see that the Vitacost bone booster complex you have to take 6 capsules. Are they large capsules? I was thinking of taking them in 3's, 3 in my evening dose and 3 in my nighttime dose. So half of my calcium would be vita lady calcium citrate (1200) and half would be Vitacost bone booster complex (1000). This would equal out to about 2200 a day. How do you incorporate your calcium regimen? Tell me how you like this?

They're biggish (size of Kirkland multi you get from Vitalady), but they're shiny so they slide down pretty well.  I need to get some more labs done before I'm willing to say what I'm doing with calcium is the best so I look forward to reading others' responses.

BTW I do take Superiour Source Triple K which has K1, K2 MK4 and K2 MK7 to boost absorption (I know Bone Booster Complex has K1 and K2 MK7).  It may be over kill, I just want to avoid kidney stones.

I am taking 3,000mcg of K1 and 100mcg of K2 MK7 as of right now. I like having it in separate pills so I can adjust and tweak them. I also do not want kidney stones YIKES!

I am very interested to see how others like it as well :) I do like that it has a bit more K in their pill as well as other vits.
