B- protein coffee
B2- egg whites with cheese and tons of bacon
L- homemade chopped liver
S- handful of pumpkin seeds
D- short ribs and some vegie side TBD
Manicure and shopping - not quite exercites but refreshing!
Vites start on the first and I'm a bit nervous about the sheer amount I must take but bucking up and will get it done... Or at least make a valiant attempt.
Just take those vites slow and easy...and real slow on the iron. Start with one and work up over the next few weeks.

Got tux back from the cleaners and all ready for big NYE celebration when all attention to DS appropriate food will be out the window.

4 eggs and cheese scrambled
choc protein shake
2 pcs Mr. Hemp Bread
Honey Baked Ham
chia seeds in choc hemp milk
baked beans
Roast Turkey and cranberry sauce
SF Choc pudding made with heavy cream/water
Vites: yes
Cites: nada
