S - small slice of fresh homemade banana nut bread

B2 - 6 pieces of bacon, 1 egg

S - 3 Nut Thins with Avocado
L -  Broccoli/Chicken/Rice Casserole (1/2cup) ate just a tiny bit of the rice.   

S1 - Protein Shake
S - Nut Thins & Avocado & Protein Shake
D - 1/2 of a Wendys Grilled Chicken Salad
S - Protein Shake
