Got out my low carb recipes looking for something new and different.
B: bacon, protein shake
S: pumpkin bread
L: cheese, summer sausage, few crackers
S: pumpkin pie. (it's gone!!)
S: protein coffee
D: pulled pork, salad
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: walked the mall waiting for my iPad to be repaired
The trip down was pretty good. We started out in snow and sleet but it turned to rain and then quit before we got down here. One of the grandbabies enjoyed the mud puddles when she got outside.
I hope you had good luck finding some new low carb recipes. I think I'm going to have to find a Wendy's down here and buy a couple of big containers of chili. All I had for dinner was ham and I ended up getting sick about an hour after I ate. My system doesn't like dense protein...there I said it.
