A trying week for me...cable kept going out in our neighbohood, ice storm, no newspaper and my IPAD died!!!!! All that plus work and i feel like my eating is totally out of control.
I'm going to work on getting low carb snacks in the house and start better planning for work.

2 bites of cheeseburger (cold...yuck!) and a couple fries

Took about a week off of the internet to spend holiday time with family. Won't try to reconstruct the diet for that time but just say that for the most part, a good DS diet was utilized and there are no regrets. Big NYE celebration is planned though, and there are no promises about that!

3 scrambled eggs and cheese
2 slices ham - Honey Baked, so a few carbs there
3 chicken strips
2 pcs Mr. Hemp Bread - garlic/cheese/basil
rib eye steak cooked in butter
Going out for dinner and will share entree with GF and no doubt dessert as well.
