I have reached my goal weight and am still loosing I try to get all my protein in with my meals bcz I cant stand the supplements. Suggestions????!!!!! Doesn't look like your vitamin plan is working well for you. The liquid D is a prescription? It's not going to do a thing for you. You need dry D3, 50,000IUs a day, minimum. In your case 100,000IUs a day for a few months and retest.  Please take a look at Vitalady's plan and start taking her recommendations even if you don't buy everything from her.

Also, protein shakes may be the only way to pull that protein and albumin up. Get some samples from Vitalady and give them your best shot. Syntrax Nectar chocolate, strawberry or vanilla are my favorites but I like the creamy ones. If you are protein deficient, 6 30 gram shakes a day may be the way to go.

Yes Dr Greenbaum provided the Vit D prescription. I have ordered Vitaladys starter pack but the pills are hard to go down so I started taking the over the counter ADEK I will def get back on track with her because I dont want this to happen. What do you think about asking for the Creon tabs??

It might be a good idea until you bring those levels up some. No idea if they will prescribe them though. I hope so and I hope they help you absorb the nutrients.

Those OTC ADEK's don't have enough of what you need, especially to get your D up.  Mine got down to 12, and it took me 6 mos to get it up to an acceptable level, starting with 2 mos of 100,000 iu per day, then daily 50,000 iu.  Taking them separately, they are tiny, like a benedryl.
