It's amazing how much protein you can eat when you get out of bed earlier and start eating earlier!! ;) 186 is a new record - it's due to the creamcheese pancakes they slid down easily (actually I'm going to make some more now).

I wasn't able to post during the holidays but am very pleased to report that I have been able to maintain my low carb diet throughout. I did not eat any deserts or any thing else with carbs in it save one yummy pear that I ate which was all sugar but so good. I ate as much protein as possible and ate some flourless PB cookies so that I didn't feel deprived by passing on all the goodies.
I will start posting regularly when I am able. It really does help me to see in black and white what I ate at the end of the day.
My weight loss seems to have stalled leaving me right between sizes. One size is baggy and the next lower size does not yet fit. I hope I can loose about 5 pounds by my vacation the end of January.
Oh and I have been walking the dogs about 6 days a week. Edited to add I even walked on Christmas Day. Go me!!!
