Ready for Supplements - Need Advice
I had my first post-op follow up; had the staples and drain removed. Now I have a long list of the supplements I need to begin taking. Can some of you veterans give me advice about the best brands/sources? I went to the local drug store for my first batch, but I know I'll need to start using mail order to save money in the future.
I order everything from www.Vitalady.com. She also has a schedule I started with and adjust to go with my labs. I'll find the link to the full schedule and post it shortly.

Actually, things like Calcium Citrate, Centrum-like multi's, zinc, and B vitamins can all be bought locally, and keep your eyes peeled for good BOGO sales and stock up.
It's the dry vitamins A, D, K and E that you'll need to find online in the megadoses that we need.
