BREAKFAST: Bacon, x2 sausages, x2 poached eggs, tomato, coffee
VITES: morning dose in
MIDMORNING: Vites in
LUNCH:: Chicken pate and x2 oat cakes, duck breast (1/2 having an annoying full day and its XMAS DAY!!), a tablespoon of veg, brussel sprouts and bacon and walnuts, a third of a slice of pavlova.
MIDAFTERNOON: Vites and minerals
DINNER: scampi and about 5 fries, OJ
After Dinner meds: Minerals in
BOXING DAY:
Cool - how much protein does that come to?
