Darn, the parsnips meant less room for protein, Christmas is pretty much the only time I get parsnips so I had just a few.

I must say, I feel that I have eaten a lot of food, a lot more than normally. I also took 2 hrs to eat lunch (which is pretty normal for me these days). My friends say they need to learn to slow down and eat more like me.:-)

I figured out by the end of the day I will have at least about 120 grams of protein (if not more, the chicken breast was a bit large), not sure how many carbs (maybe around 100) which is totally out of my range. This is the 2nd time I've had brown rice after surgery. It gives me really bad gas (already starting). It's ok, it's once a year. Tomorrow it will be shakes, salmon & yogurt... That's how my tummy will roll! If I eat one day, the next day is a tiny tummy day!
I'm hoping for a tiny tummy day tomorrow too.
