B: fresh made real corned beef hash with a scrambled cheese egg. I picked through the potatoes and dug out the chunks of real corned beef and are the egg too.
L: Health Wise cran grape protein supplement.
L2: chicken wingettes
D: chocolate coffee protein shake with water and heavy cream. Salisbury steak with gravy and a scoop of mashed. Math some corn on the cob.... The little cobbetttes.
Cites: walked 1/2 mile, I hate exercise but I will continue and build up from 1/2 mile to a mile or more daily. I will then keep it off via bicycling and walking. Maybe a mile of walking and 5 miles of biking a day. I used to walk 10-15 miles per day (uphill both ways, in the snow with no shoes lol). No seriously I used to walk a lot but stopped one day... And I used to commute via bicycle so while I hate "exercise" I like movement.
lol You sound just like my father....walking 10 - 15 miles, up hill both ways.
Keep after that protein and let your DS do the work.

I can't believe you had a 30g protein shake for lunch and survived. I had a 30g burger (no bun) and I was HUNGRY!!! I have 40g when I have a cooked breakfast for lunch which is filling, but I can't have that every day (I'll get bored)... I'm going to have to re-think things. Maybe I'll live dangerously and have more southern fried chicken for lunch (35g w lots of sour cream - it's a lot more filling even if it blows the budget a little - I'll still get my vites).

I was starved! I got home early and ate a little bag of popcorn and now I'm getting ready to jump on this stir fried beef and bok choy.
Interesting idea. Southern fried chicken and sour cream. My oldest son like ranch dressing on everything...I bet sour cream would be good on fried chicken.

Gina,
I "hear" you about maintaining this time of year, but I am determined to "maintain" a very low carb diet throughout the holidays. We have booked a trip to the Domincan Republic for the first week in February so I don't have enough time to maintain. I've got to loose a few.
Today:
link sausages, banana, Thank God for Paula Dean Flourless PB cookies, Atkins bar, Meat Chili with cheese and sour cream, diet hot chocolate with SF whipped cream on top. Edited to add: three slices of Brok's pizza (some protein there.)
I'm not getting enough protein. Going to work on that starting tomorrow.
Walked the dogs twice. Did housework all day.

I had a uterun ablassion on Thursday and didn't start eating til 3:00 p.m.
1 Scrambled egg
1 serving of yougurt yummieness
4 oz of pork chop
2 more servings of yogurt yummieness
Some potato chips
Protein coffee
I managed to get in 80 grams of protein which I thought was could for just beginning to eat at 3 pm. and I had 68 grams of carbs. But the darn fluids they gave me while I was knocked out moved the scale up. UGH!!!!!
I hope you're feeling better today. You did good yesterday--not to worry.
