Your journey has been beautiful and all of the things you have done over the past year are amazing.   Going forward, remember that your supplements and protein must take priority for the rest of your life and keep in mind that you will likely lose even more over the next year - especially with your activity level.  Please continue to tell your DS story and inspire others with your full and active life.  Congratulations on a good life decision that was well executed.

I doubt I will lose much more. If I do I will be seriously worried. My body is shapely and big boned, so being much smaller I would look sickly. I wouldn't mind dropping a little bit more for the bounce back but other than that my body better not drop to low. I also plan to start to get pregnant in another 5 months, if my body still hasn't figured it out by then I might have to postpone.

Thank you for the well wishes:) I can't wait to start this new chapter in my life, I am so excited to start living!

You look wonderful!  Enjoy every minute of your new life.

And darn, I wish I would have had the DS in my 20's!  I'd look much better.  So good for you!

hehehe Yea, I was tired of living my 20's like a hermit, hiding away ashamed of myself. I was scared to take this big leap but all of you gave me strength.

You look amazing!  I just had my DS last week, so I needed some encouragement that this was worth it.  Pain can be a bad guy when it comes to positivity! Thank you for sharing your pics and your story!
