Weightloss Mode

B: Salmon patties

S: Protein Coffee

L: Chicken Salad, & shredded beef taco salad

S: Grape tomatoes

D: Chuck steak

S: Yogurt Yummieness

Carbs: Only 38 Yay me

Protein: 200 Yay me

Fluids: 80+

Vites: Not so good 2 of the 4 doses. Going to try and get the other two in.

Exercites: Walked around the hospital while I waited on my friend to finish her 1 week post-op check-up

Not as good as the day before, but again, no lunch hour. 

Still on one blood pressure pill, but my Dr took my off my cholesterol pill yesterday.  WOOHOO!!!!

Good report.  You are doing well on protein and it will get better as time goes on.  Congrats on getting off of cholesterol medicine.

Bites:

4 fried eggs, 12 pcs bacon
2 pcs Mr Hemp bread with butter
Carl's Jr low carb burger wrapped in lettuce
1 cup cottage cheese
Trader Joes chicken lasagna
2 pcs Mr Hemp bread with butter
Alcoholic beverage made with cream and liqueur
Choc pudding sf made with cream and hemp milk
Microwave popcorn heavy butter

Vites: Yes

Exercites: Hooped.  Need to add something weight bearing, but can't think of what to do.

Looks good. I was doing push-ups for weight bearing exercise. I tried light weights and just got bored. So, I do leaning push-ups as a walk my laps. Well, I was until we moved our office and I lost my gate post that was just the right height. Goal next week while I'm walking will be to find a wall that's just right.
