Carl's Jr low carb burger wrapped in lettuce
1 cup cottage cheese
Trader Joes chicken lasagna
2 pcs Mr Hemp bread with butter
Alcoholic beverage made with cream and liqueur
Choc pudding sf made with cream and hemp milk
Microwave popcorn heavy butter
Vites: Yes
Exercites: Hooped. Need to add something weight bearing, but can't think of what to do.
Looks good. I was doing push-ups for weight bearing exercise. I tried light weights and just got bored. So, I do leaning push-ups as a walk my laps. Well, I was until we moved our office and I lost my gate post that was just the right height. Goal next week while I'm walking will be to find a wall that's just right.
