S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)

L - protein shake (30g)

D - a slice of thin crust pizza

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
stuck in the board room all day, no walking outside

I've cracked - I blame the cough sweets (my throat's bad and they're the only thing that shuts me up).  I have these in the house all year round and genuinely only touch them when I have a nasty cough.  We'll see how this affects my weight this week!!

S Popcorn, banana, cough sweets (I got sugar free today, so hopefully they won't cause issues.  They have malitol, I'm awful with Xylitol so I'm nervous).

Awful and I only had two!! I'm on cough syrup now too, I'm sure it isn't gonna help and I'm scared to weigh

Oh and I somehow got 8,000 steps in today even though it's still freezing outside (had a 20 minute walk to Burger King at lunch and must've been somewhat active in the office).  I'm not sure it'll quite negate the carbs though. :-S

Supper: probably a 3rd protein shake.




Yesterday I consumed less then 600 kcals of "real" food. Just got so busy I didn't eat, but I know I gotta stop that.

double protein coffee

hard boiled egg

1/2 pkg bacon

1/2 cup leftover buffalo chicken dip

chicken breast from chick-fil-a no roll

few fries

macadamia nuts

sm pc 2"x2" english toffee

leftover roast beef w/ melted provolone cheese

double protein coffee

vites:  all in today --- yay!!!

fluids:  maybe 64 oz.  lost count - too busy at work
