Breaded meats bad?
I never count carbs, and it's a small amount if - and only if- the benefit is a high dose of tasty protein. I'm a lover of chicken parm and crispy strips from KFC. This breading falls into simple carb category and not complex carb, though. Just be mindful of how much you consume.
I would only eat the breading if the protein count is HIGHER than the carb count. A lot of these patties and nuggets are more carb than protein and it is not worth eating at all. You can usually get the same non Breaded item anyway. Like from Dominos get regular wings instead- they can make them without sauce , they toss them in the sauce after they are done - or get the hot buffalo kind it has low carbs. Chicken parm is only worth it if you make it yourself or restaurant quality- if you are talking about freezer items they are almost always higher in carb than protein
