i think they do but every costco is different. honestly i would go to GNC! they are amazing and you can return the protein if you don't like it. if you ask the employee for a whey isolate as the main ingredient they can easily point out which proteins are for you. plus more options to choose from:)

The Costco here has a lousy selection of protein. Try either GNC or Vitamin Shoppe if needed right now. Or order from Vitalady (supporting small business).

Ready to Drink Premier Nutrition has 11.5 oz with 30 grams of protein and I believe only 7 grams of carbs and they are great cold.

I buy EAS Muscle Build protein powder at Costco and/or BJ's....  It's got a high protein to carb ration, blends smoothly, and I can tolerate the chocolate flavor....  I hate almost all powders, but they are waaayyyy less expensive than rady to drink ones....   If you go to any support groups, you can email the group ahead of time and ask people to bring you a sample baggie to make one shake of their favorite....I did that a few times, and got to try a bunch of different ones without the money for 5 lbs committment.   Mary
